Very small rooms & bathroom.Check in guy was unfriendly. Also my son accidentally left his Polaroid camera in the room, I called the hotel to verify that they had it & they denied it. So someone was being dishonest and kept a nice gift for themselves. Will pay more to stay at Disney hotel next time

Overall such a great experience, clean, and staff was more than friendly and accommodating! Loved how they provide essentials and you don't need to worry about packing them or needing to purchase them, you forgot your toothbrush no problem, need shampoo no problem, they have all of that!!! Bonus they thought ahead and had a foot massage machine in the room that was excellent for a long day at Disney!!! About a 7 min walk to Disney Sea and maybe 20 min to Disneyland, and 14 min to nearest shopping mall with food court!!
Breakfast was good but could definitely improve and have a wider variety of food and incorporate more simple foods for kids other than cereal.

Rooms smelled like smoke. We tried two different rooms and they both smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking rooms. We left and found another hotel whose room didn’t not smell of smoke.

We liked the location of the hotel because it was so close to Disneyland. The shuttle took us to Disneyland, nice perk. The breakfast was extremely good, and the lobby was nice.
The hotel room was a bit cramped, but it was expected from the reviews I read.
